PS: only catch would be the paypal fee which is quite a lot (~4.5% was for me)...but is not something that you can avoid and they need to make a leaving as well.

Horrible experience. They wasted hours of my time (and gathered tons of personal data) only to tell me that they couldn't pay me because I'm currently in Indonesia. Avoid!

I have been using Milesbuyer.com to get rid of certain miles that are due to expire and that I'm not going to use. I must say that the Milesbuyer.com has been really professional. Their pricing is very competitive in the market place. They have been responsive to all my needs in no time and were honest with respect to the value attached to the miles and market conditions. Particularly, I had a very good experience with Ben and Sheer. They are amazing. Will definitely consider them when an opportunity arises.

I have tried tirelessy for the past 2 years to use my Virgin Atlantic airmiles and all to no avail. I have concluded that the scheme is a con in every way, deliberately frustrating the traveller to the point of giving up!
Then I contacted MilesBuyer a few weeks ago, and approached a potential sale with caution and much trepidation. I did not move very quickly, I was very synical and dubious. Read review after review, took legal advice, and finally today decided to give it a go. I need not have worried. This morning I satisfactorily concluded the sale to MilesBuyer for a substantial amount of airmiles, and the money is already in my bank!
It was seamless to say the least, and I sincerely apologise to MilesBuyer for ever doubting them. Excellent company, absolutely professional from start to finish in every way, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the future. George (Co Armagh) Northern Ireland

Stay away. They quoted me a price, then when I accepted they said they made an error and changed the price on my. They paid via Paypal. They withdrew the pants from my account. Everything was fine until three months later they filed a chargeback starting they never received. I have the saved emails where they admit to, not only receiving, but also reselling the points. They won the dispute, so now I have to jump through hoops and sue. I will update soon.
