Wait time was one month for delivery, worst quality ever and zero response from customer service. No phone number and no physical address listed. TOTAL SCAM!

Shockingly bad… I would estimate that the value of the item is £6.00 if that …. I paid £54.00. Total tat and total Scam don’t get caught out …

Quite honestly THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered via Hampton Lane.

I honestly think they are a scam and I have reported them as such. I ordered some tracksuit bottoms. Not expensive, xxl … they wouldn’t fit a 6 month old child. I own shorts that are longer in the leg. I’m 6’2. They wouldn’t go on one leg.

Asked for my money back over several emails and after 3 months I was asked to return them. Cheeky b@@stards. Honestly. I’d thrown them away. I wouldn’t wash my car with them.

It’s been 4 months since the offer of a credit note or 15% refund. WTF. Why would I want anything else from this company! I’ve bought better quality goods from random beach sellers. I refused their kind offer and want my money back. No response.

If anyone from the company bothers reading this then you should be ashamed of the quality of your product and you need to retrain your customer service staff.

They operate under different names to maximize the scam reach (Oslo Republic, Milan Republic, Monaco Republic).

It took an unreasonably long time to receive my order, and the tracking system was nearly impossible to use. When the items finally arrived, they were the wrong size. The company refused to provide a prepaid return label and would not cover any return shipping costs, even though the mistake was theirs.

Their solution? A partial refund—initially just 10%, which only increased to 30% after multiple complaints and long delays between email responses.

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

NOTE: made my order through 'Oslo Republic', but email confirmation came from this site. They've clearly had too many negative reviews and have just changed their name (milanrepublic.com just reroutes to oslorepublic.com now)

Ordered the linen trousers in L. They finally arrived over a month later (they claim 'Fast Insured Shipping' on the website and I paid for that), and were neither linen (just a really cheap synthetic factory cotton) nor a L (they are labeled as an XL.

They also have zero labels on aside from a generic tiny label all in Chinese. Have tried to initiate a return but have not heard back. They also seem to go under the name 'Milan Republic' as well.

Absolute scam, don't make the same mistake I did.

Bought some XL linen pants. Would not fit a 10 yr old boy. Ridiculous!!!

I ordered a pair of men's black sneakers. Slow delivery, poor quality goods and the wrong size when they eventually arrived. No response to emails requesting return address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Pretty much the same story as others here. How can this site be taken down legally?

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever delt with. I ordered an extra large men's jacket and what was delivered was more of a women's medium jacket. I reached out to them multiple times and all they would offer was a 15% discount on the jacket. I eventually had to do a charge back to get the refund.

As other people has said it took a month to get the order then the xl jacket that I purchased when I am a large is so small a child would have a hard time fitting into it. They will not respond to emails

I think this must be a scam. I ordered two shirts in December, they have not arrived. They don’t respond to emails. Appalling.

Ordered two shirts took ages to arrive wrong size and very tacky goods. Tried to contact via their ticket system several times no response whatsoever this so called company are total “Scammers” avoid at all costs if you don,t want to loose your money.

Ordered a jacket from (a company called Milan Republic which now calls itself Hampton Lane) it did take rather a long time to arrive but that is not the issue. Having ordered an extra large size even allowing for the different sizing between America and Europe I could barely get into it let alone do the zipper up. The label clearly shows XL but the jacket is a small at best. With no reciept or return information in the package I tried emailing the company to find out how to send the item back. After numerous requests I finally had a reply offering me 15% (around £6.30)
and keep the jacket. This I refused and asked to return the jacket in exchange for the correct size. Yesterday after six weeks I receive another email offering me 30%, a voucher for 60% of another purchase from them or return the item at my cost and on inspection of the goods a full refund may be given. Having no return address may cause a problem for option three, I certainly do not want anymore clothing from the children's section and as for a refund, well I won't be holding my breath on that one. Really wish I had read some of these reviews beforehand. Be warned people.

Scammer company, never ever again! Do not trust them! They did not reply to my return email and kept the money! They products are super cheap quality not worth it!!!
