Milano Shoes abuses customer trust and wastes our time!

Milano Shoes, at 5207 West Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, has to be the least friendly shoe store in the area, and perhaps the least friendly anywhere! It took me two wasted visits there to even be told that my promised diabetic shoes would require me to make a co-pay of over $220, as this nasty store does not accept my secondary medical insurance -- SOMETHING THEY FAILED TO TELL ME ON MY FIRST VISIT THERE. Then the apparent store owner tried bullying tactics, demanding that I look at his computer as to that denial of my gratis pair of shoes, which was totally irrelevant -- THE REAL ISSUE WAS MILANO`S FAILURE TO TELL ME ABOUT THE CO-PAY ON MY FIRST TRIP THERE, WHICH WAS DUE TO POOR STORE POLICIES AND ABYSMAL CUSTOMER TREATMENT, AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MEDICARE RULES! BEWARE THE NASTY AND INCOMPETENT STAFF AT MILANO´S -- SHAME ON THEIR LACK OF FULL DISCLOSURE, WASTING CUSTOMER TIME AND ABUSING OUR TRUST!
