I backed Mike Neo and Swap Boards on Kickstarter over 6 years ago, and to this day, I have never received either product. Despite multiple attempts to contact creators, there has been no proper response or resolution. It's incredibly disappointing to support a project in good faith and be completely ignored for years. I feel scammed and would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I backed both the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter over six years ago, and to this day, I’ve received absolutely nothing. No boards, no meaningful updates, and no refunds. It’s incredibly frustrating to have supported a project in good faith and be left completely in the dark. At this point, it feels like the creators just took the money and vanished. I wouldn’t recommend supporting anything from them in the future. Total waste of time and trust.

Still Waiting After 6 Years
I backed Miko Neo and the Swap boards on Kickstarter 6 years ago, and to this day, I still haven't received my order. It’s beyond frustrating. The updates were constant promises with no actual results, and now, it's like they’ve just forgotten about their backers.
I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service, but each response has been either vague or non-existent. At this point, it feels like I’ve been taken for a ride
