Totally a SCAM, never order from this website. I ordered with them about a year ago and still never recieved my item, communication is a shambles. I emailed them many times and only ever got one response to say it was delayed and now they've disappeared. Money gone and nothing to show for it. NEVER ORDER!!!!! SCAM!!!

Waited for 4 months and now they disappeared. There was someone called Ma. Charisma still replying email (sometimes) but now the email: mike@mikethebear(.)com is not valid anymore and there is no way u can contact them. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered T shirt in Sept, took 3 months to arrive but finally got it in Dec. Shocking service but happy with the T shirt itself!

This company is an absolute disgrace. Given up all hope after ordering only a simple t-shirt last August. They won’t even refund me or give me my tee-shirt: they have taken my money and have given me nothing except an abundance of poor excuses and apologies with of course,no t-shirt. I was forced after
Waiting so long to cancel the order and they were ‘sorry’ to hear about my cancellation and informed me the refund would come in 8-10 days on the 5th November October, and now of course it is January 2018. So I really have given up with this shambolic experience.
I really am truly regretful of ever ordering from this company.

Terrible - supposed to take 10 days and still nothing after 64 days and counting. Complete and utter scam. DO NOT ORDER. Wish I had read the views below first.

I ordered a T-Shirt in November. Money taken out of my bank straight away and still no T-Shirt. Not even an email to give an update on my order! Very poor! Can't find an email address to contact them. Can anyone help?

SCAM!! Ordered from them back in September, was told there were delays so requested to cancel my order at the end on October to be told that refunds would be processed the following week and I still do not have my refund!! Went to email them again to find that the email I had been contacting them wih previously now no longer existed!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

I ordered a tshirt on 4th December (before reading Trustpilot reviews!) and straight away received a very vague confirmation order that appeared to be highly unprofessional.

No other confirmation was received from the company in regards to the goods ordered, so after a few days I set up a case in PayPal and I received a full refund just before Christmas.

However, just after Christmas I had over £600 taken out of my bank account due to fraudulent activity - I am not saying the two are linked in any way but would urge you to be vigilant.

Ordered in July - item came but too small - I returned it but have never had a replacement, now my emails bounce back. Will attempt to get my money back through bank but stay away from this site

I ordered my order on October the 10th. My order totalled to $560, After two weeks I emailed them asking about it and they said they had no stock. I then waited a month and emailed them again they asked if I wanted to swap my order for somethings, I didn't want to and now its been 80 days and I tried to email them again and I cant reach their domain

I ordered my t shirt in November I got an email say they were short of stock would I like to choose another one, I selected a different one expecting it to come! I would avoid these people in the future I’m currently working with my bank to get my money back

I ordered my sweatshirt IN JULY! It has been well-over 5 months and they no longer reply to my emails when I ask for a refund. Total scam.

Been waiting for my t shirt since the beginning of October, chased it weekly. Then eventually they replied mentioning that it was out for delivery but it definitely wasn’t. After constantly trying to complain they gave me the option of a t shirt that was available but I didn’t really want. They said they will post it out straight away but a month has gone by and still nothing. Scam of a company and now trying to get a refund but their not responding.

I ordered a tshirt in September. After six weeks it had not been delivered and so I asked for a refund. Three months later they still have not refunded me and are ignoring my emails.

Ordered t shirt as a Christmas present order date was 28 October.. still not received. Sent an email last month and got reply that they had difficulty with stock, tried emailing again today and it's bounced back, website not working either. Looks like same experience everyone having!! AVOID!!

I ordered a shirt in August imagine my surprise when it arrived in December.
Poor communication but it did come eventually and the quality is good.

Bought 2 jumpers over 2 months ago for Christmas presents...cost over £140
After emailing the company they have told me they don't know when I will get them "can't guarantee a date" and won't refund me...
They have now blocked my emails because they are bouncing back ....AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
