must say what a fantastic service…

must say what a fantastic service everyone at miiton has. I have never experienced that a company's chat can be so contagious and fast.
only the purple they have done for me with the chatbot has made me want to only shop with them!!

Fast in charging bank cards, Very slow in service

Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes as Christmas gift. Received goods are wrong(one 37 & other piece 38).
Have written immediately to the seller and there is absolutely no response while they were very efficient in charging my bank card.
Case has been reported to Swedish consumers rights protection authority but this review is to inform the folk about this none serious seller.

The package was not in good shape

The package was not in good shape, also I had to buy a box for the jewelry aswell. I paid around 80 euro and it felt like temu 1 euro necklace.

It took me 30 minutes to unwind the knots and twists on the jewelry.

If it wasnt so tight with time until christmas I would have sent it back right away. The compensation I was offered was a couple of % on my next purchase from Miinto instead of recent purchase. So their policy to gain trust again is only to buy more. No thank you!

Several issues, quite disappointed

I have dealt with a couple of issues with Miinto and honestly I think the whole experience could have been better.
First when I received the shipping information, I had noticed the delivery address was wrong, and the package was about to be sent to another city in Sweden, pretty far from where I live.
I contacted the customer service to solve this, but eventually I was theone that fixed it by calling the delivery company.
When I then received the parcel, I was pretty disappointed to see that the bag had visible scratches. I had to contact the customer service twice, to be told to create a return.
When registering the return, I became aware i had to pay for it, to return a product that is damaged.
While the amout is not a big deal, I feel it shouldn't be me the one covering for that expense.
Overall, a disappointing experience and probably I won't buy from Miinto again soon.

The products came on time.

The products came on time even the one I returned and it all where in very good condition except of 2 boxes that it was not in a good condition but the product was good. Otherwise all was great. Thank you Miinto

The worst online shop I have ever had

The worst online shop I have ever had. Just a scam. I ordered a suede leather jacket but I got a wool jacket after waiting for a week. Do not waste your time and save your money. I returned the product more than 2 weeks ago and I still did not get my money back. A very bad experience!
