migrun's service is top notch. They are extremely thorough in their processes and document reviews, they are very professional, and responses are always very prompt. The thoroughness could mean multiple back and forth communications over the same document until it is good to go, but its well worth it since the last thing you want is to have your visa request rejected after submittal to the authorities over a an error or technicality in your paperwork. I will definitely be using their services again.

My experince with Migrun is amazing. I saved so many nerves with MigRun team!! Let me tell my story. In autumn 2025 i and my family (husband and two kids 10 and 12 years old) - we moved from Russia to Spain based on digital nomad visa. You have no idea how many doubts i had about the process, i didn't have enough salary to be eligible to apply for DNV and i was emotionally extremely nervous and anxious about everything. I got absolutely stuck with all these papers which i had to collect for visa, i had hundreds of questions, and i got absolutely lost. I was ready to give up. And my best decision was to get a vip-support from Migrun team. I took a first 30-minutes consultation from Migrun consultant Alena, where she explained everything calmly in all the details and immediately helped me to understand that i have big chances. They applied the documents online for us on 12.09.2025 (using their electronic signature, which we didn't have), and we got the approval on 30.11.2025!!! (visa for 3 years). No additional requests from government, everything went super smooth. As soon as we got approval Alena and Irina could book the appointments in the police for us (it was pretty quickly)! On 13.10.2025 we did biometrics in police, and on 06.11.2025 we received our Resident Cards (TIEs)! We are extremely happy about choosing Migrun! Migrun represents everything that is wrong with the “consultancy” services offered left and right.

The staff are nice and professional in their own way: they reply promptly, review your documents for mistakes, and share opinions based on their prior experience.

But…

Their work is f shallow. One step beyond the most basic scenario they were trained on and the whole process collapses: their templates stop working, and they no longer know what you actually need to do.

The people working there are not lawyers - they are clerks. And you may end up learning the hard way which is worse.

UPD:

They first took my money, then they warned me that my case wouldn’t fly, and then told me that they wouldn’t reimburse me.

But that does not matter: after consulting with a real lawyer, I learned that my case could not pass from the beginning.

So they basically lied and were not competent.

I'm the type of person who is very independent..who thinks I can do everything on my own..I got to Spain thinking my documents were in order, and I just needed someone to give me some basic advice.
