Was rather dissappointed in the service I've received after paying more than a thousand euros for an assistance that still kept me stuck waiting for a visa with no alternative options suggested or no regular communication held.
Our personal manager didn't know some of the details and requirement that we knew, answered slowly, let us make mistakes in documents.

After leaving a negative review I was contacted by the CS team and they offered some remedy and additional support.
This is a good sign and a professional attitude. I admire that and respect that being a person from the customer service industry.

Not getting our visa in time was not MigRun's fault, however the treatment of this situation is what I recognize as an object for review.
