Bad customer service

I have used this company for many years for general store cupboard items that I sell in my retail business.
Recently, they have changed delivery company and I have experienced few unpleasant situations. The latest was their company driver being late on delivering to us (after 5pm), and migro unprofessional handling of the situation by trying to charge a re delivery fee. I have complained and will not pay any extra charges. They were at fault and accused us of not being there within the delivery timings; then trying to charge £48 for another delivery.
Their service has deteriorated. Be aware
