When I was made redundant on skilled worker visa and had 3 months to find a new job, I panicked and lost all my confidence to find a sponsorship job even though I did it once. Then I found Karina and Rim who made migreats. I mostly had all the skills but sometimes all you need is the direction, confidence and that cheering positivity. I found connections who were really helpful, resources and sessions which will put you on track to find that sponsorship job. They have a job portal which regularly posts sponsorship jobs. They constantly keep updating so there might be a couple more features added while I am writing this.
And then there's a hidden pleasure when you become a migreats success story from a migreats member, I love it.

Migreats is a great platform and solution for people looking for sponsored jobs. They provide plenty of resources, videos, and have built a great little community for people in similar situations.
However, I considering the investment that a person makes they should be looking into providing more bespoke 1-2-1 sessions and a more tailored experience for job seekers. They do hold CV reviews and 1-2-1 sessions for time to time by providing 10 to 15 mins sessions for each individual, which is great. However, their should be a channel for direct communication where a POC can be provided to get help during the interview process for example.
