No response, no order status and no item received

I placed an order on February 3rd and received an order confirmation email, but I have never received any order status, shipping update, or tracking. The “View order” link in the confirmation email only redirects to the homepage.
I emailed their sales email on February 5th but received a delivery failure. On February 8th I contacted all emails listed on their website, and I still have not received any reply.
This is a really frustrating situation, and I ended up ordering a desk mat elsewhere. At this point I just want a refund.

I do not recommend anyone buying from this company / website
