No no News from the company that does not honour it commitment to the people that buy their goods I’ve been on here before I purchased a bike which never arrived plus £20 delivery which obviously no bright no delivery company owe me £140 please be wearingthese items look good but they don’t exist thank you. A real shame, I've bought many products over the years. Now I can't access any of my downloads from them because I can't log in using my old password and the password reset emails never show. Contact form does nothing. AI assistant opens a black 'Not Found' page.

Has gone completely dark on us. We've ordered a number of fonts and designs from them over the last 5-10 years, but recently tried to log into our account and couldn't get in. Tried the password reset form multiple times, checking spam/junk and all the usual stuff—no dice. Also reached out directly to their support email three times, and never heard back. Super frustrating, as we can't access our order history or purchased products anymore.

Ordered a mystery box (medium) and paid £14.99 plus £4.99 for postage.
Mini envelope (large letter size) arrived today containing magnetic hook, plastic watch strap, metal poppy brooch and a second magnetic hanger. Also some sort of pendant(rubbish).
I guess it's my own fault, for expecting more.
Trading standards need to do something about this scam company, who must be making mega £

I recently needed a receipt from a download I purchased 9 years ago. I emailed mighty deals and they came through with what I needed on the same day. I was very impressed.

After an accidental double order from me, I was helped quickly and obligingly by the very friendly support team. I really appreciate that.

Excellent site to purchase very good graphics deals. They are, also, very attentive when their customers voice a concern or ask for help. Overall, product and service are impeccable. Before COVID-19 - this was one of the best places to get incredible fonts made by really experienced font creators like Adam Ladd, Latinotype, Laura Wornington, Yellow Design Studio - if you know what i'm talking about. Like Intro fonf family for about 20 bucks from here vs the same family with on Myfonts for about 90 bucks (and this on myfonts named a deal). Also this is a good place to get much cheaper Artiflex brushes. I haven't regretted a single purchase I've made there, and I don't know how many hundreds of bucks I've saved.

I received an email from Mightydeals late morning. They emailed me a link that works and fix the problem and offered an apology. I'm very grateful with their customer service and how they showed they truly care for their customers. Thank you Mightydeals for all your help!!!

I purchased two fonts. During registration, they do not ask to create a password. You have to say lost password in order to create one. They sent an invoice, with a "link" to my email, does NOT work. I tried safari, google, edge... File not found Go to shop. I tried downloading directly from the website first, did not work. It does not matter where you try. There is absolutely NOBODY to contact. They do not have a contact us link. I tried replying to the email that I received from them that has michael@mightydeals and it says email does not exist. I contacted them through facebook, nothing yet. I will be calling my credit card in the morning.

You'll always find great promos on Mighty Deals. I've saved probably close to $200 from digital assets bought here.

Needed help with a third party purchase made through MightyDeals and the customer service person stayed with me, emailing me around twice a week until I ultimately received satisfaction from the third party.

I’ve been a MightyDeals.COM (as in US, who sell digital stuff for designers, not the apparently incredibly scammy .CO.UK website, lol) customer for more than a decade now (my first purchase was in February 2013), and over the years I’ve gotten in on some extremely sweet deals on digital assets, especially on some very high quality premium typefaces. Just leaving a positive review here to counter the many misplaced one-star reviews left by people who obviously doesn’t even know which websites they visit. 🤷‍♂️😂

MightyDeals.COM, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They offer fast, polite and positive support too, if you ever need it.

Mighty Deals (the first and original one headquartered in the USA) has, in my experience, always offered great products and discounts! And, when a problem arose, the problem has always been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction by customer service. So, no problems at all with Mighty Deals (USA) from my viewpoint!

They even helped recently with a purchase I had made from them 2 years ago! I had a question regarding specific licensing rights for a font that I had bought from them and they contacted the font developer for me and got me the answer that I needed. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me.

So, if you’re buying from the Mighty Deals that is headquartered in the USA, then you can do so with confidence. Great products and customer service!

NOTE: For those of you who experienced problems with a similarly-named “Mighty Deals” knockoff company located in the UK….you’re in the wrong review area! You need to report your problems with that UK-based company in some other review area!

The way this website works is you buy a bulk of assests for a really good price. Some might work for your project some might not but they're still good to have just for the variety of the items in each bundle. They also post what type of license it is in the post. Its really helpful for small time creators. Getting a good deal on fonts without worrying about the liscense usage has helped with my aniety. I have happy clients from the sheer variety of assets I've been able to use thanks to mighty deals.

very good stuff and have refund 30 day policy which give a chance to trial if it is worth the money 💵 and really good price you can't beat that. good customer service.

I HAVE AN UPDATE

the website no longer get in and i need to reset my pass ,but it doesn't send it at all. what make it worse the contact zero respond no email or insta, idk what's going on last seen posted was 30 May. not good experince

I've had a look at some of the reviews, and can't understand why this company is still doing business.
To get your money back just contact your bank and request a......Cash back......and say you haven't received the goods ordered...or...the goods are not fit for purpose.

Wish I had read Trust Pilot first. Purchased goods which arrived late, then discovered incomplete and didn't work. Emailed customer service a number of times, no response.

Horrible customer support. Simply sells 3rd party products, but then disappears into a black hole and does not respond to emails. HORRIBLE!!!
