They are scam
If zero stars were an option, that’s what they’d get. I was fully KYC-verified with no issues for over 9 months. The moment I made a big profit and requested a withdrawal, my account was instantly suspended with the excuse "I violated the T&Cs.” I didn't do anything.
Support was completely useless; every response was copy-paste nonsense and they clearly had no intention of letting me access my own money. It felt like they were just trying to keep the funds forever.
I refused to give up. A family friend who’s been through something similar told me exactly who to contact and what steps to take. With her guidance I finally regained access to my blocked account and withdrew every cent of my profits.
These people are scammers plain and simple. Don’t let them steal your money. This happens to you, don’t just sit there and accept it. You can get yours too. Stay far away from this thieves
