I am SO exasperated I am not sure where to start…. so to be balanced with the positive. I am on my 3rd set of MIFO earbuds having had a great experience with the previous models. The latest pair had some major issues with glitching and cutting out in one ear bud and then another. Initially customer service were helping in sending re-set instructions by email. The issues continued and I proposed returning them for a replacement pair as they were under warranty. This is when it went silent and for months from June to December I had to chase and chase, firstly there was an issue with the returns centre, I then received an email with a return address to an industrial estate in Camberley - same email chain so not a ‘phishing’ risk. I sent them recorded delivery in early December 2025 and despite several emails I have simply heard nothing! The level of customer service must be damaging the brand but it seems nobody cares! As at today I have no ear buds and no idea when I might get a replacement if ever! Feels almost fraudulent to me.
