Very hard to withdraw money, and very easy to deposit. I hate wallets like these where you need to provide so much information in order to withdraw, while the deposit is very easy. I lost 100 euro but it was just a test to check if its good wallet to use actually and I regret it. Please avoid

A waste of time. MiFinity does not allow deposits in USD from a U.S. credit card. And does not permit sending money to a U.S.-based Bank.

My MiFinity account is fully verified and I have also successfully completed card verification. I received an official email from MiFinity clearly stating that I am now able to withdraw funds from my eWallet to this card.
Before trying Mastercard, I attempted withdrawals via Visa card and bank transfer, all of which were rejected without any clear or detailed explanation. After that, I verified an OTP Mastercard and received confirmation that withdrawals to this card were now enabled.

Unlike other cryptocurrency platforms, MiFinity takes hours before sent to recipient. Even regular recipient are subject to long duration KYC.

I am writing this review as a final warning to anyone considering using MiFinity. They have been holding my money for over six months and their customer service is designed to make you give up.
Here's what happened:
My account was blocked without clear reason.
They told me to request a chargeback from my bank, what is first completely completely unserious to request that!
My refused (in writing) because this is not fraud—it's a dispute with MiFinity.
The chargeback timeframe has NOW long expired (6 months)
And they still holding illegally my funds!!
MiFinity continues to ignore proof and insists on an impossible solution.
They are knowingly holding funds they have no right to keep. Every response is a copy-paste template.
I've been patient, professional, and provided all evidence. They simply do not care.
If you deposit money here, understand this: you may never see it again. There is no functional complaints process only delays, false solutions, and silence.
I am now taking this to financial regulators. Do not make the same mistake I did. Choose a trustworthy payment provider.
