Ordered a bag over a month ago. Said it was delivered to the wrong address. Once I wrote customer service they said they had the wrong address and corrected it and sending me a new one. I haven’t received it and now they won’t respond to my emails. Place is a joke.
Company is a SCAM. Ordered a bag from them. At first they would respond to my emails, however, once I told that I never received the bag, they immediately stopped responding. They still have not responded and it has been a month now.
Never received my items. This website is a scam how can we get their business shut down? My packages said out for delivery from March31 -April 10 it said delivery successfully and I spent $127.00 with this company. I called the phone is not in service I have emailed them four times and every time they say we are working on your claim ticket and we will reach back out to you when we have more information.
