I had a scheduled surgery to remove a…

I had a scheduled surgery to remove a skin lesion that had an active cancer. I went to their office in Oviedo, Dr. Savage was my surgeon.

I sat in their overcrowded waiting for 55 minutes until I gave up and left. That's way too long. I know what's going on here. There purposely way over-schedule, to maximize their bottom line, at the expense of the patient, for whom they couldn't care less. I think we can all do without some of the arrogance in the medical community. If my appointment is at 10 am, I'm expected to be there, but apparently the doctor, for whose BMW I'm paying, is not. Ohhh, but he's the doctor! So what! I don't work for him, he works for me. Have an ounce of integrity, Mid Florida Dermatology.
