unprofessional, unhelpful
Purchased a vacuum cleaner which stopped connecting to the wifi so couldn't use maps on the app anymore, checked their troubleshooting steps on the website which didn't resolve my issue so I contacted support by email who repeatedly asked me for an error code, I didn't have one as the issue is with their hardware and not the app, after days of them asking for a non existent error code they finally claimed they knew what the issue was from the error code I didn't give them then advised me the same troubleshooting steps I had already tried. I asked them to show me the error code and they changed their mind and told me to email another address to arrange a refund, I send an email and get a message back to say this email doesn't exist. Incredibly unprofessional.
Edit: now they've told me to contact the support team through the app which is how I raised this request in the first place, not only do they not know their own contact details they aren't even aware of what department they are in.
