Calm, kindness and Professionalism
I had been trying for months to get my parents GP to do something about their hearing. I'd gone in circles with endless different drops and nothing worked. My parents are housebound and don't live near me and I'd tried every local service and nobody could help.
I don't know why I hadn't thought to ask Chris as he'd done my ears. As my parents house is outside the area he covers I thought the answer would be no, but I was so thankful when he said yes! He had to quote extra for time and fuel as is only right and what I was expecting. He was very reasonable so my parents accepted his quote.
My parents have very limited mobility and Chris was so kind and so patient with them both. I can't thank him enough. In a couple of hours they could both hear again and it has made all the difference to them both.
