We travelled in Cuba in february 2026, in the middle of a deep crisis. On the practical side, the conditions to organise a smooth travelling experience were extremely challenging. Francisco and his team were OUTSTANDING. As well in preparation, sharing most reliable information of current situation, as in availability and follow-up during the journey: you could wish no more. The trip that was worked out for us was hand-tailored, perfect fit. Francisco listens well to your expectations and manages to translate it into a good travel proposal. The accomodations, the excursions, the guides, and transport (special thanks to Xavier!) , as to us, couldn't be better.
Highly recommended!

Travelling to Cuba as an American is tricky. There are many restrictions we had to navigate. Monique and the entire team were so communicative, solution oriented and patient with my many questions.

Once on the ground in Cuba, the experience was flawless. Every tour, every guide, every taxi was amazing. Havana, Trinidad and Veradero were a great balance of culture, people and beach. We highly recommend the cooking class and trip to Vinales.

Yunior, Omar, Luis and the entire Cuba team were in constant contact to make sure we were good.

Despite the challenges the Cuban people face everyday, it was so inspiring to meet them, hear their stories and share in their lives. I feel we were able to see the real Cuba and thank MiCuba for organizing such an inspiring trip!

After a first quotation, no news from agency...

Micuba arranged all transportation, accommodations, and various excursions for us. The transportation went smoothly for the most part. Drivers often arrived 15 minutes early. The only exceptions were the transfers to and from the airport, which were a bit less smooth, but after contacting them, everything was quickly resolved.

The accommodations were generally good and included tasty breakfasts. We would like to specifically mention Casa Cristal in Viñales, where we were warmly welcomed by Kenny’s family. Viñales was, in fact, our favorite destination.

The excursions were mostly fine, although we had expected more actual walking during the hikes. In particular, the excursion to Topes de Collantes was disappointing. We were warned in advance about the hike’s difficulty, which got us excited for a 7-hour adventure. However, the actual hike lasted just over an hour. We didn’t find the hike challenging at all, and the rest of the time was spent listening to explanations at a fruit shop, learning how coffee is made (something we had already experienced elsewhere), and enduring a lot of waiting. We felt this excursion was a waste of our day.

Overall, however, we are very happy with Micuba. They truly took care of everything for us, and communication was quick and efficient whenever needed.

I had a great time in Cuba thanks to the MiCuba agency. It was easy to book the places I'd like to visit. I completely loved the experience of staying in native's houses. All the information and recommendations we receive are very clear. The only thing I would point out is to reinforce that when the transfers are not private, they can take a while more to get you and start the trip. But nothing that made me change any plans. In the end, it was all perfect! Thank you very much for all!

We traveled to Cuba on December 13th and returned on December 24th. Since it was our first time, we booked all transportation and tours with Mi Cuba. Everything was excellent and I plan to go back. Cuba faces several challenges due to the embargo and being included in the list of terrorist countries. That's why I chose to book and pay for all ground transportation in advance, we used both individual and collective transportation. The collective transportation takes between 10 minutes and 1 hour to pick up the passenger, goes from hotel to hotel, and works very well. Mi Cuba's service is great and I got all the tips and information I requested, and I was able to do all the tours I wanted. 10 out of 10!

The experience has been very positive. Everything was very well organized. We have not had any problems with the houses where we have stayed, lovely staff, they explain and help you upon arrival to adapt quickly. We have not had any problems with transfers either.

MiCuba arranged almost everything for our stay in Cuba. The drivers they arranged were, without exception, on time, the excursion were with local guides who spoke English and the casa's were well situated and also the owners spoke English. The casa's are, in general, not big but perfectly fine for a short stay and have running warm water and WiFi. Some offer dinner options but all served breakfast (lots of fruit and scrambled eggs). The excursions suggested by MiCuba were good, and gave us a wonderful overview of the nature and people in Cuba.

We would like to thank MiCuba for the very special experience they managed to orchestrate for us by supporting us in the organization of our amazing Cuba adventure. we went to Cuba as a family for 3 weeks. 2 children 16 and 14 years old. We made a tour of Havana-Vinjales-Trindad-Cayo Coco- Varadero. In the first three places we stayed in the casas. In the last two we had hotels all inclusive. Cuba is very impressive and very interesting to go to. The impressions we have gained are great. We have done many activities with a private guide. Here you will hear a lot about the country. There is a major economic crisis in Cuba, you cannot ignore this. However, as a tourist you will not be bothered by this. There is plenty of choice in the restaurants. Also for vegetarians. You must bring enough cash with you, as it is difficult or impossible to get money there. Definitely recommended. A mix of culture and nature.

Cuba is way nicer and better holiday destination from what I expected! People are so kind and amazing, the beaches and beautiful and the country is super interest to experience.

Micuba was amazing to help us organize everything! A part of all the good casas particulares and all the best in class tours and transport - they also supplied us with the right and updated information regards the country situation, gave us nice tips important and super useful tips. We extremely recommend.

The casas particulares are the best options to proper experience Cuba they are little B&B with all the facilities ( private showers, AC, etc…) and a super welcoming environment - it also provides a very private felling as the majority of them people actually don’t live there but just host you! We extremely recommend!

The communication when preparing our trip was very smooth. We were informed well and correctly and were able to leave on our trip with peace of mind.
Once on site, the guides were always punctual on appointments and gave us interesting explanations in reasonably fluent English.
The taxi drivers for the private transfers were also very correct and on time.
In the casas, we were warmly welcomed and the locals did their best to make us feel comfortable.
We enjoyed a very nice, interesting and carefree holiday !

A great way to see the country (single parent)

This local travel expert was able to plan a super trip for me and my 9 year old son. We saw so much and the activities were engaging, with breaks to relax and wander

Me and my husband had booked a vacation to Cuba but unfortunately there was not a transfer included. Through Travel MiCuba we’ve booked a transfer from and back to the airport. Both times the taxidriver was exactly on time. It’s a matter of fact they were earlier than the agreed time.

The trip was wonderful and planned perfectly, so I could enjoy my holidays to the fullest. It was the right amount of days in each destination, so I could relax but also see all the things I wanted in Cuba!
