Delay at delivery
Bought a laptop 5 days ago at microspot as an emergency, to be delivered at COOP PRONTO GENEVE.
I just bought it because it was promised that the laptop would be here in 2 days, but the status in the tracking link didn't change since the moment it was shipped. I can't have any other information but the shipping date.
EDIT: After two phone calls, they said that the laptop was delivered, despiste the fact that I didn't receive any oficial communication. I went to the store to pick-up it, and It wasnt't there. This is unnaceptable! I'm starting to think this is a scam or a lottery.

Broken device sold, and now I have to deal with it
Sold me a broken appliance (portable air conditioner) and then told me to either bring it myself to their repair shop (all the way to Zurich!) or to pay (Fr. 80 or 15% of the purchase price) for them to come pick it up. Thanks for this 'awesome' experience and waste of my money and time, and never again.
Never buy any heavy, bulky electronics and electrical appliances from Microspot.ch! Luckily there are other vendors out there that treat their customers fairly and with due respect. Just read others' comments - everyone has exactly the same experience. Once it breaks (or even when it is dead-on-arrival), it will be your own problem to get it shipped to the repair shop.

Great price… Unfortunately the same day delivery is a lie. MBP ordered on Sunday so I expected it to arrive on Monday. I received an email with information that my package is on the way send with dpd + tracking number. I was waiting all day and checking the tracking number which still says they don’t have the package yet… I hate how lying about delivery date is apparently a Swiss standard. It’s really worth celebration when the package actually arrives as promised on the website.

Delivery date unknown for more than a week
It's been more than a week since I made my order, and the date of delivery of my product is still "unknown". I sent a support ticket, but no answer. I'm still waiting for my product. It's a shame for an online market in Switzerland, where everything comes by post the next day, sometimes.

I ordere and was proposed same day delivery. Pick up from GENEVA
So later I called and asked "From what time I can pick it up". And suddenly then said it will be ready next week.
Very disapointing - Order here if you are ok to receive it anytime :-(

I bought a top of the line sound bar…
I bought a top of the line sound bar from LG. After 1 year the subwoofer stopped working. Upon complaining to the company they told me I have to send the subwoofer for repair but failed to understand that it is costly, heavy and time consuming to do so. When I wrote them to come and take the subwoofer (since I can’t just drop it at a store) they told me they would charge me 80 chf for that. Utterly disappointed.
