Website claims Saturday delivery with products marked for speed delivery, if ordered by 18:00. Ordered on Friday morning and got a shipping notification 2 hours later with the comment that the forwarding company will contact me shortly to arrange delivery. So of course I keep my Saturday free to take delivery and install my new TV.
No contact on Saturday. Also no contact on Monday.
Today I get contacted for delivery on Thursday. By a forwarder who doesn't even offer Saturday delivery.
Never again.

Lousy after sales service. Would not get back to me after 1 month of waiting and sending 3 emails. Replacement for 70CHF would not be solved the easy way, but I was told to follow the whole procedure. Guess what: 2 weeks have passed and I havent heard a word. I am NEVER gonna buy there again, competition is simply so much better.

I ordered a Revo Superconnect radio 16 days ago for my husband's birthday and still haven't received it. However, Microspot have taken the money. I have tried calling, yet no one available. I have emailed repeatedly, yet had no response. This is totally hopeless, frustrating and disappointing. A very poor service and cannot be trusted. I would avoid at all costs.

Delivery followed by postponing emails never ends and when you cancel the order and reorder similar product you have to pay again for delivery. They are not even sorry for delivery postponing. What a shame

I had placed an order to microspot because on the web it said the item will arrive the next day. However, it didn't arrive the next day. I waited one more day, but even didn't receive any email that the item is shipped. So, I called and cancelled the order and ask for refund. Microspot CS said I will receive the refund in a week. However, I still haven't received the refund after a month. The time I spent on this is too much for such a small order.
Do not believe this company's delivery promise and return policy.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivering the next morning.
Great service. Ordered in the evening and received it the next morning.
Sent the wrong article, a cheaper model. They didn't have the right article anymore we waited 4 month. After 4 month they apologized and promised the ordered article for free. 2 month later they went back on that promise and said that they need the article back before doing anything else.
Even if the freezer I bought was in stock, and expected delivery was in a few days, I've been waiting for 2 months and it never arrived. No communication or other ways to care for that

Ordered a product but realized after paying the delivery date was too late. I cannot cancel online, and online mail I filled has still not provided a had a response in 3 days. Contact by phone only provides call back but feature does not work. Big fan and buyer from Microspot but this situation shows a big failure in their service. I ordered 2 TVs on Tuesday, 21/07/2020 and paid 699.80CHF (Order No. 072*****34).
Before ordering, the TV was available (at least didn’t say otherwise, as if it was out of stock, I shouldn’t be allowed to order it, right?) and will be delivered to Wetzikon by 29/07/2020, hence I ordered the products. On Thursday, 24/07/2020, I contacted microspot.ch via Facebook about delivery date as I hadn’t received anything since then indicating whether my order dispatched or not, within 1 hour from my message I received a reply “Good day. Thank you for your question. This article is not on stock. The expected delivery date is next week the 29.07.2020. Kind regards Team microspot.ch”.
All day yesterday my wife stayed home to get the delivery. Around noon I text again microspot.ch via FB and Twitter, as by then I didn’t managed to get a phone number. My FB message has not even been seen and obviously I have not received any reply from anyone.
We are leaving in few days for holidays and we won’t be available for more than 3 weeks. At the same time, our contact mobile number will not be available any more since we change contract. No one is answering the phone 031 853 53 53 (we found it later in the afternoon), and there is a general message “our supplier are delayed or busy and all deliveries will be delayed” or something along these lines.
I have never faced such bad customer service. Why do you take my money in few seconds and I cannot have my order as you promised on time? When you buy online it is because you found what you wanted, it is available, it is at the right price for you, and it will be delivered to you at the specified time.
I will try again to contact them today and see when me order will be delivered otherwise I will cancel my order.
Such a disappointment.

cheap but ordering on microspot.ch is like a lottery: if article is good ok, if article is defective you loose your money.
Ordered a turntable, was among cheapest on the market, was delivered quickly. However the turntable malfunction, I call and mail customer service, they didn’t answer for two weeks, then finally answered, 14 days for free return were passed so I had to pay for the return. I recorded videos of the issue. They didn’t contact me and sent me back the same defective product!! A shame: cheap but ordering on microspot.ch is like a lottery: if article is good ok, if article is defective you loose your money.

I just want to thank everyone for all the recent reviews, you guys saved me time, money, and most importantly, nerves. I got attracted and almost misled by the fact that the article that's not on stock at galaxus, appeared to be available at microspot.ch.
Thankfully, I had a hunch and decided to do a small research on why an article is available at microspot.ch but nowhere else in Europe. That's how I stumbled upon this review site and now I understand.
Placed an order on 10-6 that would be delivered by 18-6, got an e-mail on 18-6 that my order couldn’t be delivered on time and they didn’t know the new delivery date. Meanwhile, I placed the same order somewhere else and got it in time. I tried to contact Microspot multiple times to cancel the order, but they never responded. On 24-6 I received the delivery from Microspot that was too late, I already got the replacement so I returned the package on 27-6. It is almost a month later and I never heard back, didn’t get my money back. This is taking way too long and they just do not respond to anything. This is terrible costumer service, even during these times. I want my money back and seriously doubt to ever order anything here again.
