Hier niet bestellen

Ik heb een product besteld, maar heb het product nooit gekregen. Er wordt niet gereageerd op het contactformulier en ook hun chat werkt niet. Account aanmaken lukt ook niet.

Update 11-03, product nu wel ontvangen, zat eerder ook niet in mijn ongewenste mailbox. Jammer dat er eerst een negatieve review voor nodig was

De bestelling is meteen dezelfde dag naar je toe verstuurd , heb je ook in de spamfolder gekeken? We zullen hem nogmaals nasturen.

Slechte ervaring Microsoft-Keys.nl

Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. License key besteld, betaald en toen stilte. Zou account gegevens krijgen binnen 10 minuten, niets, geen key gekregen, geen antwoord op aantal mails gestuurd, kortom ik denk dat ik ben opgelicht.
Update 13.06.25: Mail van hun ontvangen met daarin uitleg over internet probleem bij hun, annulering bestelling geaccepteerd en geld terug gestort binnen 1 dag. Dus correct afgewerkt
