Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Emailed them a picture showing I was sent the wrong item, I asked for a refund in price difference. Response from micro perfumes was to send a picture SHOWING ALL the labels even though it was just one and all were visible in first picture I sent. They completely ignored my request for a refund, so I sent in two more pictures showing all the labels and again ask for a refund in price difference in what I was charged for a spray bottle and the sample size that was sent, again completely ignored me! Just sent a bottle I didn't even want. Lost a customer.
Credit card hacked and they won’t resolve
Our credit card was hacked and used towards purchases at microperfumes. They are unwilling to help resolve the fraud charges. The hacker had the purchase sent to our address. When we opened the mailing envelope and discovered there was a small box that smelled like perfume, it was what triggered us to look at our credit card statement online. We had been hacked. The product itself was not opened. There was also no receipt in our mailing envelope. We contacted the company to see if we could return the fraudulent purchase for a refund of the fraud charges. The credit card company said that because the hacker had the purchase mailed to us, we had to deal directly with the company. You can only send emails to this company. There is not a customer service number listed on their website which would have been easier to discuss the issue. They don’t care about their customers. They are the only company that would not help resolve the fraud charges. Be careful if you do buy from them or have fraudulent charges from their company. Good luck getting any resolution.
Smelled bad. Don't buy!!
I got 4 perfumes. Only one smelled good. The other 3 smelled awful. I won't order anymore from them. Besides not smelling good, they seemed watery and diluted.

Terrible ! no personal customer service this is is a disrespect to any person purchasing. In my case, I asked to cancel way before it was even been prepared. I was ignored. This world needs less robotic companies , and we need better customer service.
bad experience
I ordered a perfume sample and received a different one. It's unfortunate because the company doesn't inspire confidence in ordering larger quantities. I had a bad experience, even though my case was just mailed. They also don't offer live customer service with real people.
Absurdity
This is my first order and I'm already having an issue. Used PayPal at checkout so by default it used the shipping address on my PayPal instead of providing a place on the order for the shipping address. I didn't realize it until it confirmed the order was complete. Immediately I called CS and emailed and of course you get a vm. After several calls I realized they don't have live agents, nor was my email answered. Now my perfume is going to an old business address that's no longer in use. I've never soon an order form not request a shipping address but automatically default to the payment method address. Absurd.

There were 4 extra items in my cart when I placed my order. I never looked at them, never wanted them but they were shipped and paid for. Couldn't get customer service to fix the problem before it shipped. Called at least 10 times, sent 10 plus emails and didn't get an answer until the order shipped. Basically, they said i am stuck with it. Not funny! Terrible company, watch your money fly out the window. They don't care that I am not able to get my medicine now. Satisfaction guaranteed my butt! Can't get them to fix their mistakes. No Customer Service at all!!! Started my emails on 7-29 and it is 8-8 and I still can't get any customer service!!
Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. I reached out multiple times with no resolve. The phone number doesn't work. The number the better business bureau has listed requests that I leave a voicemail but no one has returned my calls. So far, they have just given me the run-around through e-mail regarding refund or exchange and it's been 30 days of trying so far. BEWARE ordering from microperfumes!
Still too legit to quit
August 2025 and they’re still too legit to quit. Ordered 9 different 5.0ml sprays of a variety of luxury fragrances. They were all labeled and well packaged. Ordered a control sample that I’m familiar with to gauge authenticity (Versace Eros) and based on how it and the others smelled, they’re 100% genuine. A 5.0ml sample will last me 3 months with near daily use, so why pay retail when you could take the $250 you spend on 1 fragrance and buy a bunch of different scents.
So far, so great.
Ordered a dozen samples, from Creed, to Tom Ford, Dior, and Valentino. Everything showed up as promised, and was original product.
Just ordered my first full bottle from them. Creed Aventus Absolu
As well as 25 more samples.

Best service i have tried
Was absolutely amazed by the service that i needed some place to praise them lol. First of all, they offered a free shipping coupon (nothing new), but that coupon could be applied on any posting service, so i chose express, and it really came by express!! Fastest shipping i've had! The price was very similar to all other sites that offered samples of the fragrance i wanted to test, and furthermore, the small sample bottle was really cool, not the cheap plastic i have always gotten from these famous sampling sites. Fragrance also seems legit. 5/5
I have been a customer with…
I have ordered from Microperfumes a few times in the past , so I placed another order, and wasn't seeing the shipping information.
I finally contacted customer service through chat and email, which by the way, is not easy to get in touch with someone.
I was told Microperfumes just moved to Shopify, so I guess, that is why there was a delay?
I finally got through, and then I see my order changed to shipped.
Well, they do have a "track shipment" field, but when you click on it, it only shows "shipment is on it's way". At least, that's what shows on my order.
What? Where is the actual tracking information? I have a feeling, it's not "on its way". It might be, but why aren't they showing the tracking number?
They did charge my account, and had not shipped the order yet.
I have ordered samples in the past, that smelled very similar to each other, as well.
Do yourself a favor, save yourself the hassle, and buy from another company.
Update: I finally did get my order, but I didn’t know it was in my mailbox, because I had no shipping information.
