I don't give 5 stars easy, however my laptop was fixed under warrantee and it came back as new. Employees came across as friendly and knowledgeable. Last but not least Lap top came back as new.

Absolutely not a professional service
Took the laptop to be fixed due to battery issue. They changed the battery and the case without my explicit permission.
Afterward, the board failed due to energy, related to the battery and case replaced.
But they considered that it is a different repair.
So bringing a working laptop and receiving a broken laptop seems to be normal to them.
Just choose another Apple Service Center.

Cracked MacBook Screen
In August 2019 Microfix replaced the screen of my MacBook Pro. It had cracked severely. Not only is the new screen working beautifully now, but Microfix kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent service center
Excellent service center, great staff, kind attitude!
My only issue is with Apple, not Microfix. For example, they replaced my top-case (Microfix did), and I'm already having the same issue with the Keyboard keys not working properly. Apple needs to replace the keyboards with a new keyboard that will prevent this basic issue.
I would absolutely go back to Microfix!

Great service, but No estimate given before invoicing
Both your reception and technical help were excellent. I was however very surprised (and a bit distressed) to receive a bill for your services without an estimate beforehand. I assumed the Macbook was still under warranty and the repair would be free. This was not the case, but I did not know it until I came to pick up the Macbook and saw the bill :(. Had I known, I could have waited a few days and gone to the apple genius bar; they would have addressed my issues for free.
