You will be assigned your own chartered accountant who is an approved HMRC agent, who will be available for any queries! We integrate with many accounting software packages, including xero and quickbooks, but can also help you if you don't use a software package. For micro companies we also prepare director self assessment tax returns, file confirmation returns and more. Kelly was a life-saver!
Kelly was a life-saver!
I'd previously done my own accounts for first year of trading and managed but in the second year things got a whole lot more complicated.
After attempting to do them myself I decided it was best left to the pros.
Kelly quickly filed my accounts in less than 48 hours from submitting my documents and saved me hours of time which I was able to use on other areas of my business instead. It was bliss having peace of mind it was done correctly.
She also saved me £750 on the years tax bill which was the cherry on top!
Would definitely recommend to others.

Great service!
Last update: after a lot of back and forth, she has sent back another small sum. So we are now at a refund of a bit less than half and I had to pay someone else to do the work. Keep in mind, that about half of the amount paid was requested by Kelly for filing an additional year telling me she does not believe it was filed despite my sending her a confirmation from the authorities that it was sent.
Second update: not going into the lack of honesty in her response, you will additionally see that she offered an additional refund (but not a full one). Guess what? That never came through. If there was any doubt about her honesty (and her emails full of discrepancies already give testament to that) then let this be the final proof. An absolute charlatan and thief.
Update: Kelly requested more money, which was immediately paid, had all of the information from day one and then on the last day before I had to pay HMRC, she made a false excuse (false since she previously had the information) that she could not do it and practically blamed us in her disengagement letter. And then... despite having just 2 days before asked for more money, made a refund of only (approximately) a third of the payments made. DO NOT USE HER SERVICES. Unless you want to pay for accounting services twice.
Kelly was fast, professional and adapted herself to the way we were set up. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I'm sorry you felt let down by our resignation as your accountant, but from time to time we are required to do so if we feel we cannot complete the service with adequate quality.
All fees were agreed upfront with you. The additional fee was charged because we only became aware once work had commenced that you required your previous year's tax return to be completed in addition to the one we were engaged to complete.
Today, I have offered you a further refund, in addition to the refund already paid to you. I do hope you can accept that this is fair, given the small fee we have now retained, only covers a small fraction of the time spent working on this.
