Ms. Terri Jenkins is the most wonderful customer rep I have ever dealt with. So patient an understanding while we are all in this time of unsureness. She talked to me at my most stressful period. She encouraged me to keep it going and pray. I cannot say enough good things about her. This review brings tears to my eyes just thinking back to me wondering how I was going to make it her words helped me and helped me to pass along to help others. She is truly an asset to the Microf team
