I’ve placed many orders with microexotics. They’re always super helpful and very kind of I have a query or need advice. Invertebrates, plants and sundries are all extremely good quality and healthy, and packaged very carefully. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have just received my first ever delivery from Micro Exotics, what can I say, well the sturdy outer packaging protected the contents perfectly and the fragile tape left no doubt as to be gentle with the contents. Upon opening the box the inner contents were well protected with various thicknesses of paper and card, along with bubble wrap and more boxes. The heat pack was still releasing a lot of warmth which controlled the boxes internal temperature, a big tick there.
To the right was a white box containing a magnetic acrylic enclosure which is blemish free, well protected and really well made, with strong magnets which give a good, strong closure and hold the openings in place well.
To the left is another larger brown box, well ventilated, and well cushioned both inside and out, in the centre of which in a well ventilated pot, sitting happily inside a tiny web pod is a small , brown, inquisitive (as it constantly kept a view of me), Phidippus regius, or Florida Regus jumping spider, the cutest and after a short time friendliest little thing I've ever had. It looks so healthy, it is eating and drinking well and above all else has brought pleasure to my entire family.
Would I recommend Micro Exotics.. without a shadow of a doubt, the customer service, advice and customer experience I have had is faultless and everybody should enjoy this level of professionalism at least once.

Addz pods always arrive perfectly, packed with spares in case of loss (which never happens). He’s always super generous with mystery boxes too. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've placed loads of orders with Micro Exotics over the last couple of years, and I can't recommend them enough. Everything is always packaged very well and arrives quickly. I don't think I've ever noticed a dead isopod in any of my packages. I've had many mystery boxes and the value for money is always incredible. For my most recent order I was convinced I'd be sent somebody else's parcel, the contents were amazing, worth far more than I'd paid. Communication is always great, really friendly and helpful. I will be placing many more orders with Micro Exotics :)

Super happy with my mystery boxes. I received a really wonderful selection of plants and isopods. Everything package with care and arrived in perfect condition. I had a call the day of packing to check what sort of plants I wanted which I felt was a fantastic touch. I will definitely be buying from micro exotics again.

Microexotics is amazing, the care and time that Microexotics puts into their creatures and plants is evident. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service and communication as well as my isopods and substrate I received. I've already been back and ordered again, I will continue to do so, as well as highly recommend to anyone looking for things they sell :)

Got some vents to make some grow out bins for froglets... easy to fit and they truly are fruitfly prof.. awesome..also previously got a Begonia vankerckhovanii,I was expecting a small plant and received a small bush.. brilliant

I have purchased some isopods from Adam at Microexotics, as well as mystery plant box. The isopods arrived looking very happy and well packaged. Plants were very healthy too.

A fantastic seller, my 'go-to' for all isopods, substrates, and leaves. I have had over 10 species/varieties of isopods from Microexotics and all have arrived in excellent condition and have thrived - I have new babies from almost all too. Probably the best selection of pods available on Microexotics! Great quality plants and dry goods including leaves, substrates, and rocks. Communication great and has given updates about postage and advice about isopods/plants when needed. The packaging is excellent, all very safe and warm and recyclable. Would highly recommend.

This is a great business to get plants, custodians/minibeasts and all sorts of other goodies to build and enhance bioactive terrariums. It also offers a lovely community for advice and a place to show off your latest build. I highly recommend this shop - everything arrives in excellent condition and real care is taken when shipping the plants and mini-beasts especially when it is very hot or cold.

I first started shopping at micro exotics 5 years ago when getting my firsts pods and millies, it really helped me to understand all the various components to setting up a healthy enclosure and loved that I could buy smaller items of things I needed, fast forward and the shop is evolved into a wonderful resource wlth a magical selection of pods and other inverts, terrarium plants and dry goods. My wish list grows everytime I visit.
I've never received anything that's less than 100% healthy, alive and active, well packaged and speedy shipping also make the whole experience of shopping here something I'll continue to do time and time again!
