Called the cork office of micro hydraulics on the 18th of October about a tandem hydraulic pump i wished to replace I was forwarded to a man called Stephen had had a lengthy conversation about my situation in the end I was told to email all the information including pictures even though I knew all of it of the stuff off by heart I did so the next day Stephen sed he would get back to me the next day. I am still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later and to make it worse I sent the relevant information to both Micro's email and Stephen's micro email I will not deal with this company again it's back to whitehouse pump in Scotland for me. So much for supporting local!
