I've bought a VPS on micium host and it has been offline for almost a week, the owner didn't want to give me my service or my money also he threatened me
EDIT: The owner says that he never threatened me but I have proofs :)

We never threatened you and we didnt gave you your money as we have a 7 days refund policy and we couldnt give you your service as we were not able to do vps anymore.

Very awesome host. i just love the client area, its pretty nice. also it only takes like 3 seconds to start/reboot, and i was suprised about it. The best host i have ever tried, i reccomend it.
