I have been dealing with Michael Spiers Plymouth for many, many years now.
But I must say, that their current team have looked after me so incredibly well, in going above and beyond my expectations.
They make you feel very special and even managed to find me my dream watch for my 60th birthday.
I have to give a very special mention to Emma and Simon, who really are a credit to the company.
It's not very often you find good old fashioned values and customer service.
But this was exactly what I received from all the team.
I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery or a beautiful timepiece, to look no further than this exemplary company.
I’ve only mentioned a couple of staff members, but everyone who works there, couldn’t possibly be more helpful and friendly tbh.

Today was the second occasion that I have visited the shop in Exeter. Today as previously from the moment you approach the shop you are greeted by the very friendly and welcoming staff.
The shop itself is immaculate and the staff could not be more helpful.

I was looking for a new watch. I came across this company who from start to finish was amazing they got me to watch i required. It was very good value for money. Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Gemma at the Taunton branch. The first impression i got when Gemma picked up the phone was first class and very professional on the phone. I was enquiring about a Brietling watch that they had on their website, she told me that someone else was interested in it she took my number and I'll call you back with a update. She called me back and asked if it was the 42mm or 44mm I said the 44, she says it's still available, I asked for photos and video of the watch due to me being in Atherton miles away from Taunton. Gemma sent me what I asked for not longer after,so i purchased the watch and this was a simple process to do. Watch arrived today on time just had she promised very well packaged with all the paperwork. It was a pleasure to business with Michael Spires and Gemma keep up the good work. Thanks again Mr Lee.

The Exeter team are wonderful they managed to get a watch in and We travelled 250 miles because we love the customer service and felt valued. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Max for spending time with us in November and for the call from Jeramy and the appointment on the day this week with Lee, it was worth another trip down. We had a fabulous experience with Hannah and her team at Taunton. Hannah enabled a surprise collection of my husband’s dream watch We’ve visited many times and every time it’s a lovely experience! Hannah is so welcoming whether we are buying anything or not. Well done!

Absolutely blown away by the friendly,professional service from Emma,Abby and Austin when we went to buy a gorgeous Mont Blanc fountain pen for my son’s birthday.We were treated like royalty from start to finish,in a calm,relaxed manner.Nothing was too much trouble, and we came away totally satisfied with both our experience,(really impressive!),and our purchase.

Thank you so much to Sean who assisted me in buying a replacement engagement ring (the original I lost doing gardening). He was patient as I looked at a few and got it resized quickly as I don’t live in the area. I highly recommend this jeweller.

In 2023 I was fortunate enough to attend a Patek Philippe exhibition hosted by Dani and Gio at the Truro Showroom. It was not only an education but an amazing spectacle of luxury timepieces. Since that day, Michael Spiers at Truro has been my favored Authorised Dealer and Independent Watch Retailer.

I have been impressed by their knowledge, passion and particularly their ability to analyse personal requirements with such accuracy and speed. In my experience, the help and guidance they provided was precise and complete. Their communication skills are superb, and they are always eager to advise, whenever required.

During my lifetime, I have been in contact with a number of people who were outstanding in their particular field of business, but I have not met better professionals than Dani, Justin and Gio and I am delighted to have them as my contacts at the Truro Showroom.
