The product has still not arrived, and my refund has not been processed. No real help or contact. I do not recommend ordering online.
I had an extremely disappointing experience withMichael Kors. I placed an order last week, and after payment, the shipping address was changed automatically without my consent. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and told me that only the carrier could resolve the issue. However, the carrier also couldn’t help, and I was stuck going back and forth with no resolution. Despite repeated promises of callbacks from supervisors and assurances that I would receive a refund, I never got any follow-up or compensation. Ultimately, the order was delivered to the wrong address, and I had no way to retrieve it or get a refund. Michael Kors lack of support and communication was incredibly frustrating. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has made me decide to never order from them again, and I will be advising my friends to do the same.
