10/10 customer service

10/10 customer service! I placed my first order in September for two satin lined hoodies and I was slightly disappointed with the overall fit and quality of them but I kept them to wear around the house. The brand has taken my feedback on board and later reached out to me offering to send me a sample of their new and improved version free of charge! I can confirm the new ones have a much better fit to them and the gsm is perfect, so warm and soft on the inside. The draw strings in the hood are also round now rather than flat and have metal bits on the end which elevates the look! The satin hood has also slightly more grip whilst still not frizzing up your hair. Will certainly be shopping here again! 🥰🥰
