I ordered a pair of sunglasses on June 23, 2026, and as of today, August 8, 2026, I still haven’t received my order.
Despite contacting customer service several times, nothing has been resolved. Unfortunately, the customer service has been far from customer oriented or helpful, and I am extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled.
Waiting over six weeks for an order without receiving a proper solution or any satisfactory communication is simply unacceptable.
I expected much better customer service and reliability from this company. Very disappointing experience!

Ordered Miu Miu glasses.
Ordered Miu Miu glasses on Wednesday and they got delivered on Friday from Italy to Vancouver BC Canada. The original price was $671 but I used code mb45 and it came to $350. I was quite nervous to receive these glasses because I thought they might not be real because of the big discount but they are real & beautiful! The packaging was perfect, my glasses came with the pink Miu Miu case & pink bag. Legit website and fast service. Delivery service was amazing, I got a map of where the driver was/how many stops away when it was out for delivery. I did have to sign for the package at my house with DHL, I’d highly recommend signing online & letting the delivery driver leave it in a secure place or picking it up from your local pick up station, so many options.

Long delays to order
I placed an order on June 22nd 2026, with estimated delivery July 7th - July 10th. On July 7th I received an email saying the order was delayed with no reason why. I have reached out to customer services 4 times now, and no update can be given, aside from the delay is caused by internal processing issues for which no timeline of resolution can be provided. This is disappointing as summer will be over by the time I get my sunglasses at this rate. The lack of explanation and clear timeline for resolution has been frustrating and I wouldn’t use them again.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, but when I collected the package, the box was damaged and the sunglasses were missing. I contacted Mia Burton immediately, but they refused to refund or replace the item, relying solely on DHL’s investigation. I’m now disputing the payment through Klarna. I cannot recommend this company.

As soon as we were contacted, we immediately opened an investigation with DHL, which is the standard procedure in cases where an item is reported as missing from a delivered parcel. This allows the courier to verify all delivery details and investigate what may have happened during transit.
At this stage, DHL has confirmed that the shipment was delivered correctly and that no anomalies were reported during transportation. According to their records, the parcel was delivered as shipped, with the product included inside the package.
However, the investigation is still ongoing, and we are continuing to work with DHL.

Authentic Product – Worth the Wait
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Mia Burton and received an authentic product exactly as described. The only downside was the shipping, which took around six weeks to arrive. Aside from the long wait, the overall experience was positive, and I'm thrilled with my new sunglasses. I'd definitely consider ordering again if I wasn't in a hurry.

Needs lense height details
Great genuine product, competitive price, and fast, secure shipping; however, because the lens height isn't noted on the frames' details, I had to return the frames as they were not appropriately sized for progressive prescription lenses. I'm still awaiting refund. Please, please, please give the full sizing details so the consumer can make a more educated purchase!
