This is my first time writing a review. Very nice.

David was lovely to talk to and very helpful at getting all the relevant quotes needed and explained everything I didn't understand. Very quick at responding to emails and retuning calls

I did not instruct this organisation,however they call on several occasions,and emaiedl me,and are annoying.
I have spoken today,to someone called 'Alfie' who refused to give his full name, and started to fire 20 questions at me about my sale.
I asked how he obtained my number and email address, and he continued with his questions.
I asked again for his full name, as without this I was not answering.He replied 'I do not have to give you that'.But he wants all my details.....!!!
I said I have no idea who you are, but he persisted!
I ended the call, and told him why.
This is unacceptable,to cold call and insist as he did.
They are unprofessional,and are a hard sell outfit chasing any business they can get.

I had the experience of being looked after by Emily Pierce and the whole experience was really good, extremely helpful and always had the time for me.

You were always in a good mood and happy to listen to any of my questions, and as this is my first time buying I had quite a few but you were brilliant.

I would like to add thought that your customer service and help throughout this process for me so far has been first class and I will 100% be recommending people to use you in the future.

Last year I sold 3 properties and bought another one using Mi-Ctrl. They compare well with traditional high street conveyancers. I appreciated their proactive communication.

First experience of purchasing a property and I was warned by friends this could be a stressful process. Everything was brilliant and I appreciated how user friendly it was as my boyfriend was able to complete the paper work whilst working over seas and not having to be in the country visiting the local solicitors. Having EWAY speeded up the process dramatically. I'll be recommending them to all friends and family.

This company provided a efficient service to me for both my sale and purchase. Their use of the eWay system is fantastic and I was able to track and complete conveyancing via an app on my mobile phone and tablet. This cut down a lot of telephone calls and waiting for documents in the mail. The fixed fees were also a huge advantage as having had properties fall through before completion in the past, I've had experience of paying for solicitors to start the work all over again which can be costly. I would recommend this modern conveyancing service which uses up to date technology to the clients advantage.
