A really strange hosting
A really strange hosting provider that changes its rules retroactively. On 25.05 I had a ticket about steal time reaching 50%, meaning instead of 4 cores I had maybe 2 available at best. I informed support that a VPN project was hosted on the server — no block or warning followed, the service continued to work Some time later my server got blocked, with them ignoring their own response procedure — blocked immediately, without any warning, if I hadn't written a ticket myself I would never have found out. No refund was issued either.

Regarding the CPU steal time issue: this is something we investigate carefully whenever it's reported, and we'd like to review the specific ticket to confirm what was found and what actions were taken.
Regarding the VPN-related suspension: our policy is to review such reports and reach out to the customer before taking action, so we'd like to check what happened in your specific case — including why no prior warning was issued if that's indeed what took place.
Could you share your ticket number or account email (via Request Information, or by replying here) so we can look into this properly and follow up with a clear explanation? We want to make sure this is resolved fairly, and if something went wrong on our end, we'll address it.
