Avoid: You’ll end up needing to book an ENT appointment after.
I am writing this review because of the experience my partner has had with M H Hearing Care since July 2026.
My partner attended an appointment for an ear issue and experienced pain during the treatment, which he raised at the time. The following morning, he woke up with blood in his ear.
Since then, he has had ongoing problems with his ear and has had to attend multiple doctors’ appointments, where he has been prescribed antibiotic ear drops and antibiotics. He has repeatedly contacted M H Hearing Care by phone and email to keep them updated and explain what has been happening.
Despite this, the communication from M H Hearing Care has been non existent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them, he has been ignored while dealing with an ongoing and worrying medical problem
It has now reached the point where he needs to attend an ENT hospital appointment for further assessment for suspected perforated eardrum
