I got a car from this company and they messed up on giving me insurance because one of the colleagues wanted to help me they got it wrong with another insurance group and now wants me to pay the whole cost of the insurance. They never let me know that they put me in another insurance that I never approved I never had signed documents for and now there’s a cost and they expect me to pay it because I’m a football player and that it’s not too much money for me. And the owner of the place wants to talk and lie about it never being done and that they never did it while I have it on Messages and talk to them and they took full responsibility for the mess up but want me to pay the fee at hand. The owner is disrespectful and no help and didn’t even know the exact information of situation and just thought I would be afraid of everything and just pay at the end. He tried to intimidate me and I wasn’t having it because first I’m in this position because of them whether it was his working helping me or not. So I strongly advise not to get a leasing deal from here because when it comes to taking care of their clients, they are poor at that and make everything your fault when really they are at fault.
