Selling a property is always stressful - but when that property belonged to your late parents and had been their dream home for decades, it is also very emotional.
Holly Brown, based at the Radyr MGY office has been amazing. Her kindness, patience and understanding has gone a long way to make this process less difficult. Nothing is too much bother for her. She is both highly professional and very caring. We are very grateful.

Everything was so quick and efficient. My partner had already seen the property when unfortunately I didn't get chance due to work commitments however Sian was very understanding and allowed me to come and see the property at short notice which I'm very grateful for. The contract signing in the office was also quick and efficient and I've got only good things to say about the whole experience so far with MGY.

I have been using MGY for my rental since moving in with my partner a good few years ago. In my experience using MGY has been well worth the cost. They have always found very trustworthy tenants and have ensured with regular checks the property is always kept in great condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are thinking of letting a property. Sian Spiteri and the rest of the team have been very organised throughout the process and always make moving tenants in / out stress free from the landlords perspective.
