For me - Five Stars!
Having received a shockingly expensive quote for timber at other retail outlets, I came across this crowd as a result of an internet search. The price was nearly a quarter of what I had otherwise been quoted, so it sure grabbed my attention. Was it too good to be true? I went along to their nearest depot (Broxburn) and although the place was very busy with people going in all directions, I was immediately greeted by a representative who instantly assured me they could provide what I was after, and the price was even cheaper than it had appeared in the Internet search! I paid the invoice on the spot, and two people in quick succession offered to help to get my timber even though someone else had already literally got it in hand.
I haven't been prompted in any way to write this review, more that I was so pleased with a depot that was very professional and super efficient, even for just a small retail order, that I have felt that it should be rewarded with a glowing review. Top marks for you guys at Broxburn, I will definitely use you again (not that I spend much in the grand scheme of things) but more so that I will make sure everyone I know will now know about your service too! Well done!

Great Service
Prompt delivery, driver helped me up the stairs to the house with the timber, even on a baking hot day and 3 weeks from retirement. Only reason for 4 stars was one length had a crack in it, only discovered when I went to fit.

I have gave 5 stars, not because of the product but because of the experience! I ordered wood for collection however silly me ordered from a company that isn't even in my town!! Similar name by the way!! All my fault! On contacting MGM to say if my mistake my order was cancelled and my money paid back into my bank within 2days! Service was great no hassle to them at all to which I'm grateful since it was my mistake!
