Easy to deal with
Communication with the team in the Perth office by phone and email was very good. (I was a first time customer). Timber arrived on time and delivery driver was friendly.

Quality timber and hardware
The timber was neat and straight, with no major splits or warping present. The driver was able to offload the timber by hand, despite my driveway being really steep, they made no complaints and stacked everything out of the way as required.

Quality of timber a disappointment…
Quality of timber a disappointment on this occasion. Warped, but 7 out of the 20 lengths of insufficient thickness. 19mm was the thickness, not 16mm and certainly not 25mm. Some of the lengths were different thickness at each end.
Disappointing. I've had so much better from MGM in the past.

Quick and easy process
Quick and easy process. The dimensions I required (for two kid’s Viking Sea Chests) were found quickly. I cut them in half, threw them in the car and was off, back to my workshop, in no time.
