The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. There was a lack of delivery information from an external supplier to the company. Marie, in the office, chased it up for me and kept me informed of any updates.
The doors that I had ordered were of good quality as well.

I have to say that her design, counselling (! amidst all the building stress at the time), and aftercare has reminded us what customer service can look like.
We are hugely grateful to Sandra, who troubleshoots with ease and reassurance, and to Colin who installed the kitchen and has returned twice to make minor adjustments. It’s such a breath of fresh air to have reliable people to call on and who respond without quibble

a sheet of 18mm ordinary plywood
I purchased a sheet of 18mm ordinary plywood. When I started to use it, I found that there was some of the veneer pressed into the surface at an oblique angle overlying the rest, spoiling the external appearance and several places where the plies were not properly glued together. I stored it in my garage for several days waiting for dry weather to cut it; I then found that it had warped out of shape. Other than those problems, it was good value for money.

Good experience ordering with MGM
I’ve ordered on two separate occasions from MGM. I found them easy to deal with. Both delivery drivers were friendly and helpful, which is why I went back.
I was ordering stuff for a new fence. Really happy with quality and price compared to big chain suppliers.
