I specifically explained that I needed…
I specifically explained that I needed the delivery to be after 2pm. I was awoken with a call from them at 7.41am advising they were outside with the delivery. I had no one at home to bring the delivery upstairs. I explained this to the delivery person who said there was nothing they could do and they left the delivery in the close landing. I had many hours of worry, wondering if my order would be stolen before my husband got home from work and was able to bring it into my flat. Terrible service. I would not recommend using this company, as they do not listen to your requests for delivery times!

Inverness branch - excellent service
Inverness branch - website easy to use and I have never ordered timber before. Easy to calculate how much was needed. Speedy delivery- within 2 days. Great communications from the branch. Delivery driver very helpful.
