I couldn't praise staff highly enough, from the process of joining the credit union which was made a very pleasant and uncomplicated experience with Rachel, and very helpful and similar experience with Karen and Mick who help me through online registration process. With thanks, Anthony Fitzsimons.

I’ve had nothing but positive things to say

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences dealing with the credit union. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome and valued. They are genuinely lovely people who take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure you feel comfortable with every step of the process.
What really stands out is how easy they are to deal with. Everything is handled in a straightforward, friendly, and professional manner, making even financial matters feel stress-free. Whether you’re opening an account, applying for a loan, or just making an enquiry, they treat you with patience and respect.
The level of understanding and support they offer is exceptional. They truly care about their members and go out of their way to help in any way they can. It’s refreshing to deal with a financial institution that feels so personal and community-focused.
I would highly recommend the credit union to anyone looking for a trustworthy, approachable, and supportive place to manage their finances.

Rude, unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy.

The girls on the phones really need to learn how to talk to the public.

Never have I heard such unprofessionalism and discourtesy from people who work for what is essentially a bank, not a credit union as all of their lending is solely based on your credit score.

Don't waste your time joining or applying for a loan if you have less than exemplary earnings or a pristine credit score as they wont even review it or even tell you that they wont/didnt review it, well, they will eventually tell you when you have to call back to deal with one of their snotty employees after the first snotty employee hangs up the phone on you mid conversation.

Id join a different credit union if possible. These aren't the friends of working people that they used to be.

David took the time to thoroughly explain all my options, patiently answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. His friendly and down-to-earth manner made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

As it is my father's account with…

As it is my father's account with members first, I was concerned that his issue would not be dealt with by myself due to GDPR. My father is currently in a nursing home for respite as he has been very ill lately. I found your staff Karen and Maria most helpful, understanding and caring.
