It's a real good service, in my personal experience.

On my first order I purchased a jacket size S and received a size M. That's the only reason I don't rate 5 stars, because my next orders have been correct. Generally there are good disccounts but sometimes they are minimum, I think they can improve on that. Anyway, I do reccomend the site to others.

Privalia rocks! I was worried about the original brand and piracy issues with my Caterpillar boots I bought on last March but when I double-checked them...all doubts just went away. They were genuine!
Now, I expect both the Lacoste t-shirts i ordered be as good as the mentioned boots!

Products are of good brands and at low prices. Only some times they send the incorrect sizes or they even cheat you saying that is a unisize when actually it is extra large. I bought two pairs of tennis shoes for my kids with velcro stripes and they sent them with laces. Of course they ones I wanted were not availble any more when the devolution button was abilitated. Once you receive the merchandise, it takes some days still to get the devolution button availabe and, most of the times, it is too late to get the size you want.
