The skirt looks super cute on, fits true to size. Shipping took a bit longer than estimated, but it arrived safely.

Waited months for the whole order, which was split in two.
Broken jewellery, dresses several sizes smaller than their size guides, and refused to give me the address to post back.
Such a shame. They look good online but in reality just a sham.

I bought a two piece set for my birthday which looked amazing on the site. It arrived in nice packaging however the outfit was cheaply made. The rhinestones were superglued to the corset and a few rhinestones fell on before even wearing it. A hole tore into the corset's netted/mesh fabric the night I wore it . Also the skirt was made out of a thin plastic material and the plastic layering was peeling the whole entire night. I wore it once because it was not in good enough shape to wear again. This outfit was about $200 after a discount. Also, I'm habitual online shopper who does not generally experience issues with my clothing from other stores.

The clothes look amazing on the website and I have ordered from them before and trusted that the outfit would be as expected from the last time. I ordered a red dress size medium . I received a xxs size instead thats how it fitted. No Big Deal right ? I brought this dress for a cruise ended up wearing a sweatsuit because it was so small. When I returned I immedialty contacted them for an exchange and or refund . They denied my claim stating I was to late .It took them 5 days to respond to an email. I ended up filing a chargeback to get my money back. Lets just say I will never buy from them again, not because the clothes didnt fit right because of their customer service. It is horrible!

Please avoid!!! Stuff will not arrive and you won’t get your money back!!!

I ordered in December have been fobbed off multiple times and it’s not February. My item hasn’t arrived and they tried not to give me my money back. Thank goodness I used my credit card.

I loved every dress ordered from Mew Mews. High quality materials and designs, cutting edge and distinctive. Something for every taste and elegant for any age.

My skirt set arrived and the quality and fit were way better in person than expected. For context, I ordered a skirt set, midi dress and blouse and pants set. All of which are amazing. The material is not thin or cheap. The sewing and stitching is exactly what it should be. Mewmews has become my new obsession!

I ordered a dress for £150, when it arrived it looked like a very cheap copy of what was presented on their website. When I tried to return it they told me my only option was to exchange for a gift voucher of % of the dress value and that I could keep the dress (that I did not like and wanted to return). Eventually after weeks of back and forth they agreed to return, at my own cost. I followed their instructions to send it back, (they would not provide an email address or a phone number or a tax id required by the shipping companies). Anyway when eventually the return arrived to their warehouse they rejected it and the feedback to the courier company was that they did not order it!! When I contacted them further about this they no longer respond to my emails. Be warned, it’s not worth the hassle - £150 plus £30 for return. Customer service is friendly yes but they don’t solve the issue and as I mention above stopped responding. I doubt positive reviews are genuine

The quality is so good, I’m in love with the dress

Terrible experience with them and I would NEVER use them again. The item didn’t fit and was terrible quality. They don’t offer a refund and only offered 75% gift card and want to charge me £30 to return the item! Awful return policies. The dress was for a very special occasion and cost me a lot of money that I have now lost. Would never purchase from them again.

I placed an order in January it sends you to the shop app, the item still hasn’t been dispatched and we are on the 18th Feb ! It does not declare its a special order on the listing , if it was it should classify as 7-15 working days before dispatch even if it was, however my order comes in the criteria of 3-5 business days before dispatch and the Shop app says my order has still not dispatched!! . 2 emails to the business with no replies ! My first purchase and so far I would never purchase again. I’m calling my bank today.

So far my experience with this company is the absolute worst EVER. The sizing is not true to size. I have now sent THREE emails with no response, and I need to return these items. How many times do you need to email a company without a response.??The customer service is shocking with nobody whatsoever that you can talk to. Stay well away from this company ... You have been WARNED.!!!

This company is the definition of 'bait and switch'... in the past I ordered $$$$ pieces and they were great quality for the money and as advertised. I bought several pieces back in December for holiday parties, NYE, and my January birthday and they were ALL HORRIBLE. Cheapest material and embellishments, with them already falling off or hanging on by glue. This fast fashion at a premium price, and they also don't tell you that some pieces will take 2-months to receive. I actually forgot about the dress I ordered back in beginning of December and arrived today. I literally laughed at it when I opened it, it is by far the most sad excuse for a 'top quality' influencer favorite dress (Qaeltrix Strapless Acrylic Mini Dress) I am just going to throw it away. Please be aware as you won't get what you pay for ordering from this company. I will NEVER purchased from here again and cannot express my warning and disappointment enough.

They lost my package, I never received it . it was supposed to be for Halloween (10/2025) four months later (2/26) it still hasn’t arrived , I told them to refund me - they told me they can only give me a partial refund and charge me $15 for shipping ! For a package I never received . this is unbelievable. Will never be ordering from them again

Delivery was fast, and the dress? Was exactly as seen in their shopping website! Even prettier.

i ordered a dress from mewmews back in December of 2025, the package was expected to arrive 2 weeks after i’d placed my order. I kept checking the shipping updates every so often as i do with most of my orders and i didn’t see much of an update upon my item (about just under a month after ordering) so i contacted the UK delivery service for MewMews (Yodel) who then told me my address is invalid and i had to fix it for them to send the item, so i did. Then I had no further updates for another 2 weeks before having to email again to locate my package to be told it was under a stop and return. It was cutting close to the event I wanted to wear my dress for so I had started to panic, having read the reviews on trust pilot I went straight to my bank and placed a dispute before informing the company. My bank gave me the money back temporarily and I thought maybe id had a close call and it was all over. Only to find out this morning (11th of February 2026) that the company has challenged the dispute even though I never even got my dress and they have it now. This issue has really upset me as I wasn’t even able to go to my event as i had installed far too much faith in this company in believing that it would arrive before it got too late which meant when I had refunded it, I had no time to get another dress. Now I’m being told that my dispute is being challenged when I never even received my delivery? This has made me feel incredibly anxious and frustrated as this dress costed £90 and now I don’t think I’m going to keep my money or anything, if the challenge results in my dispute money being given back to the company I’m £90 out of pocket and not a mere thing to show for it aside from stress and frustration. Safe to say I will never ever be buying from here again after this nightmare.
