For the second time I went to Türkiye to finish my dental treatment. As always, I felt welcomed and loved by everyone. your care for each patient is excellent. All the support I had even for places off the route. Thank you very much to all of you for giving me a full smile again. The space is always very clean. I first went to this dentist 4 years ago I had 6 dental implants and two sinus lifts each side on my first visit then went back months later for permanent teeth. On return it was decided to place one more implant (This was the worst thing I could have agreed to). This implant didn’t have no healing time and was loaded with permanent teeth straight away and ultimately failed which made a hole into my sinus as it didn’t have enough bone and no bone graft in this area. I went back to the clinic to have this hole repaired but was not performed properly and as a result I suffer with chronic sinus disease. I had to have fess surgery in my home country and during that procedure they removed dental material which mevsimdis had put in there trying to repair the failed implant on a previous occasion. When I told them this and sent photos they denied it. I have been left with one tooth on my top jaw connected to implants which is not the proper way to do it. This tooth has had 2 rounds off root canal performed at this clinic but still has an infection. I have been back to this clinic multiple time in the last four years at my own expense and even had to pay £1500 pounds for new crowns even though they should have been covered by guarantee. I was meant to be going back to the clinic this month for yet more treatment but will not be going as I have lost all trust. I think I have had five or six sets off permanent crowns removed and replaced in the last four years and this is a bad experience as they are cemented on and need hammering out which puts strain on the implants. The crowns I have been left with are fake looking bad quality and all different sizes. If I could post pictures of the last four year’s procedures and my latest crowns I would. Now I have been left with chronic sinus disease and can’t do all the things I loved to do like scuba diving anymore because off it. It will cost me thousands in my home country too try to put some of this right as we are charged a premium for dentists to take the risk to repair work performed in turkey. But too my misery the sinus issues are permanent. QUICK UPDATE now I’ve been told that because I’ve blamed mevsim dis for the bad workmanship on this review my guarantee is void 😂(Not sure if that’s legal but it is turkey )It was void before I made this review as I had to pay £1500 for a set of crowns when they were supposed too be in guarantee. Not that I would step back in this place again anyway. BE CAREFUL as you can’t make a bad review or it’s goodbye. If anyone want to see photos I can show you.

Very smooth communication with Kenan & Yagmur from Mevsim Dental Clinic. The whole procedure was extremely slick, with a welcome at the airport, friendly staff at the clinic. You soon had the feeling you were in safe, professional hands. After care was not only efficient, you were most certainly not,' just another number'. I am looking forward to June and the completion of treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at Mevsim Clinic. Every detail was taken into consideration to make me feel comfortable and confident. The entire staff were very welcoming, compassionate and kept me informed every step of the way. Enes is OURSTANDING as a manager and coordinator. He is extremely professional, patient, kind and goes above and beyond to make everything stress free. His coordinator Yagmur is also a GEM. She always greets you with a smile, has the patients of a saint and as Enes...goes above and beyond.
I would like to thank the entire staff for providing me with an amazing smile. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and kind from the time I landed in Istanbul to the time I returned home. I HIGHLY recommend Mevsim.

Fantastic experience! , the staff are very accommodating to every need and are so welcoming. From start to finish with my procedures I was assured and informed of all goings on and was well looked after with care and comfortability throughout. Best experience in my life being abroad which to most is daunting but was always put at ease during and even once back home in the UK , consistent contact and help was given. Before I even arrived enes the consultant manager was always in contact I always felt like I was asking silly questions but he made me feel no question was silly and was always quick to respond to me , when I arrived in Antalya my transport team were the nicest kindest people I have met! They looked after me and tatiana treated me like I was her daughter I felt extremely safe , hotel I was in was amazing the staff where amazing! Overall staffing from everyone was so amazing that I plan to come back for a holiday! I arrived at the dentist and I was well taken care of , I realised I had to get injections in my mouth so I was a little scared but once they were done I felt not a thing I needed quiete a bit of work done on my mouth so I was extremely worried about pain … I have had zero pain from start to finish now that I’m home 2 weeks still no pain , I have my temporary teeth on just now and I would of been quiete happy if these were my real set! Everyone at the hotel who were also there for teeth said they wish they came to my dentist as my temps are straight and a lovely shade of white I was a nervous wreck about this procedure as it was one of the biggest decisions in my life … and I’m so happy I done it!!! The whole experience I was treated like a friend/family and it was so comforting as I was there alone I could not recommend this company highly enough they have changed my life! Enes is so friendly and since being home he has still kept in contact and my transfer lady! I’m a very happy girl

The staff at MEVSIM Dental Clinic was amazing, they treated me very well and my whole experience was perfect from start to finish! Elif was so accommodating and helpful and friendly!

My experience at MEVSIM Dental clinic was absolutely phenomenal. First time I came from USA upon someone’s recommendation to check out the clinic about a year and a half ago. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic and the management , especially ENES the coordinator. He sounded like a very hard working honest individual. His team of dentists and oral surgeon gave me their advice and plan for a total implant.
After returning I kept in touch with ENES, kept asking him all kinds of questions that came to my mind, which he replied satisfactorily.
Finally, I decided to go through a total full mouth implants.
I came back in June 2023 for the first part of the procedure. ENES got very busy so he assigned another coordinator, a young and enthusiastic lady YAGMUR , turned out to be capable, knowledgeable and competent coordinator. She guided me through the first part of surgery. I was also introduced to Dr. Elif KARTAL , a specialist in implants. I left for 3 and half months with temporary teeth during the healing period. I am back again on October 20th, 2023
My second part of the procedure with permanent Zirconia crowns is completed by Dr.KARTAL, under coordination of YAGMUR ENES, and their team of technicians.
Most importantly, everyone in the clinic is extremely friendly and caring.

I can not express how happy I am that I took a chance and traveled to this clinic from New York. By far the best decision I have ever made! My mom was struggling with needing alottt of work and Erdem helped make us feel so comfortable and trust the process I am extremely happy I did. I am recommending everyone!! To this clinic. Thank you all so much this was such an amazing opportunity from the moment we got in contact Erdem communicated so well and efficiently.
