I bought a Mevotech wheel hub via 3rd…
I bought a Mevotech wheel hub via 3rd party eBay. I had an issue so called Mevotech customer service. I could not understand her so I ask for technical support. I then called technical support and it went straight to his voicemail and I left the 1st message. Called back to customer service to see if they had someone else to help and again it was a language barrier issue so I called back to the technical support gentleman and left 2nd message and still to this day no response from him. I then sent 2 emails to area parts managers and no response. I then emailed what I thought was the top parts manager and he sent the email back down the chain of command, 5 days later and I’m done with Mevotech. I can’t rate the part, never had a chance to use it but the customer/ technical support is useless. I can say I ordered a Moog hub and it went smooth.
