Definitely not fraudulent, but yes long delivery times........
Absolutely incorrect to say this company is fraudulent, I think that's very unfair! What is fair to say is that they are an 'outlet' store which means you are getting expensive design originals at half the cost, so they are not sitting on stock, you buy they item on line and then they go get it from the company. We ordered a beautiful Hanging Chair by HK Design, it was half the price listed anywhere else, we ordered it on the 16 July, the delivery date given around 17 August, it arrived on 24 August, delivered by GEODIS (a very reliable, highly reputable logistic company). As I was getting a little concerned about delivery, I did contact the company twice to ascertain where the chair was, the customer services representative was fantastic, very friendly & efficient, he informed me there had been a delay (I did mistakenly mis-read that it was coming from Hong Kong, hence the delay, but it was in fact HK Design, the Danish brand). He assured me it would be delivery the following week as it had arrived in the warehouse, and it did.
I would definitely use this company again, they have some very beautiful pieces at half the original prices, for me that's a great thing, they are definitely not 'fraudulent,' but do check on delivery times prior to ordering that would be my advice.
En résumé, entreprise réputée, fortement recommandé, service à la clientèle de première classe, rappelez-vous de longs délais de livraison peuvent être impliqués si vos impatients ne passent pas une commande, je vais certainement magasiner avec eux.
