No sign of life for months
Ordered a table in November 2021. Wrong table delivered in April 2022. Then no info or answer from client service for months. After several phone calls, e-mails and even two visits to the showroom in Kortenberg, I finally got an answer. The re-order of the table was apparently forgotten and is now scheduled for September 2022. No apologies from the client service or any suggestion to compensate me for the long waiting time.
It's a shame. I want to buy local, but this was my last visit to Heylen. There are plenty of other furniture stores around.
